Wire Flex Tester to perform AS 4373 test

Selectable degree rotation up to 180 degree rotation (90 degrees +/-from vertical)

Flex rate shall be variable from 5 to 32 cycles per minute

Auto shut off when cable is broken

Auto shut off when insulation is breached and conductor touches mandrels

Selectable counter to stop at preset cycle count

Accommodate 8 awg to 22 awg wires with at least a 4 pound load

3 Different Wire Gauge Mounting plates included in the package

Drive Systems will incorporate Applied Motion 750W Servo Motor,

Planetary Gearhead 10/1 Reducer and an SI Programmable Servo Drive

Mechanical Fixturing fabricated from 6061 Aluminum and Black anodized finish
